Slimline Agri-Hub Variant – Assembly – Single Walking Wheels are a popular method of adding a press wheel capability to either a new or an existing bar. This unit is most commonly used in conjunction with twin walking wheels, however complete single systems are also used, especially on machines configured with wider spacings.  All units come standard configured as a swivel or following unit, if no swivel is desirable then a simple kit is applied to lock out the swivel. This ensures that the unit can be easily reconfigured as a swivel unit at a later date. The units can be configured for low pressure (15kg) or high pressure (40kg), however most units are run at an average pressure of between 20 and 25kg. A choice of 15, 16 or 18 inch wheel sizes is available with a large number of tyre options.

This assembly comes standard with high quality zero maintenance Agri-Hubs on the wheels, these are fully sealed unit that require no maintenance or adjustment.  A range of other accessories are available to augment performance in some marginal conditions.

These single swivel units are fitted with a tool plate that can be used for attaching a seed tube.  Manutec has a range of seed tubes available.  These tubes are ideal for planting small seeds and canola when shallow depth control is a requirement.

A range of toolbar accessories are also available to assist with fitting a false toolbar if required.

Tyre – 80mm wide mid range wedge hi-flex semi-pneumatic tyre. This tyre is a low-medium pressure tyre suited to wet and very sticky conditions. Tyre will give good results where soil build up on tyres is a problem. Tyre is good for moisture seeking and seed pressing in wet sticky conditions. This tyre is well suited to most seeding methods, points and boots. Not recommended for dry sowing or in rough or abrasive soils (see semi-pneumatic, semi solid or solid variants of this tyre)
