Manutec Gang Conversions provide a cost effective and time friendly way to extend the life of Flexicoil, Bourgault, Morris and EZEE-ON packers/gangs. The Manutec wheels may also be fitted for operational reasons if a different shape or composition tyre is required to be able operate in different farming conditions.

Tyre – 80mm wide mid range wedge solid tyre. This tyre is a high pressure tyre suited to dry and abrasive conditions where cleanability is not an issue. Tyre will give good average results across a range of soil and climatic conditions, although this tyre will build up in sticky soil as it has no ability to self clean. Tyre is good for moisture seeking and seed pressing in most conditions. Tyre has a tendency to leave paddocks rough, which is a necessity of the moisture channelling. This tyre is well suited to most seeding methods, points and boots. Recommended for very abrasive soils or dry seeding conditions, for hard rocks use the full solid version.  Also available in a solid and semi-pneumatic variant.
