Manutec’s range of Mud Razor Gauge Wheels to suit the Flexi-Coil 6100  Single Disc Openers have been designed to fit directly onto the  disc machines as a replacement for the existing gauge wheel.

The Mud Razor Gauge Wheels have a hardened Steel Scraper Ring moulded into the front leading edge of the tyre.

This ring is very effective at reducing mud build up on the disc.
Additionally the wheel spokes alloy residue and mud to flow through the wheel cavity.

The Manutec Mud Razor tyres are made of a high durability rubber compound designed to withstand rocks and hard stubble.

There are 2 standard width tyres available an 80mm and a 110mm. Additionally there is a 103mm wide version that has increased internal clearances.  To date we have only fitted the 110mm versions to the FX6100 machines as there not a lot of these machines in use yet in Australia.  We have also fitted replacement press wheels to the same machine.

The Manutec Mud Razor gauge wheels can be fitted directly to the existing control arms and utilise the existing shim system as the scraper band slowly wears down.  A separate steel hub with am extreme ag bearing is used to attach the Mud Razor to the control arm.  The bearing can quickly and easily replaced when required.  The hub (JDHUB-5203S) needs to be ordered separately.
