15 inch Aluminium Press Wheel – Zero Maintenance, Zero Hub Assembly Version – Complete with SLIMLINE Agri Hub and 100mm Flat Semi Pneumatic tyres fitted. No Stub Axle Supplied.
Hub – Agri-Hub, this is a high performance fully sealed Agricultural Hub. The hub requires zero maintenance and zero assembly. It is a repair by replacement hub assembly.
Tyre – 100mm wide flat semi-pneumatic tyre. This tyre is a low pressure tyre suited to wet and sticky conditions. Tyre will give an even pressure footprint over the 100mm of tyre face. Tyre has a tendency to bring soil back over the seed (desireable in most areas). This tyre is well suited to split or spread row seeding. Not recommended in very rough or very abrasive soils (see solid variant of this tyre)

When measuring tyres we use the outside diameter of the tyre, so when we refer to this as a 15 inch tyre it means that the outside diameter of the tyre is approximately 15 inches.
